Jammu & Kashmir’s tearaway pacer hit 157 kmph in IPL 2022. Indian bowlers’ quickest delivery. He may challenge hitters with his rapid velocity if he bowls on the appropriate lengths, despite his tendency to go wrong.  

Mayank Yadav – 156.7 km/h 

Delhi-born Yadav debuted for Lucknow SuperGiants in the IPL last year, making hitters’ lives difficult. The season saw him deliver at 156.7 kmph and make his India debut a few months later. 

Javagal Srinath – 154.5 km/h 

The cricketer-turned-referee was India’s fastest bowler in the 1990s and 2000s. The Indian right-arm pacer clocked 154.4. He made batters uneasy with his fast swing. 

Irfan Pathan – 153.7 km/h 

Despite being a swing bowler, Pathan once hit 153.7 kmph. He became the second Indian Test hat-trickist due to his swing. Salman Butt, Mohammad Yousuf, and Younis Khan fall to Pathan.  

Mohammed Shami – 153.3 kmph 

In his early international career, the Indian pacer reached 153.3 kmph, making him a prominent performer. Though injured, his pace hasn’t slowed enough. 

Jasprit Bumrah – 153.26 kmph 

India’s first Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2018-19 Test match saw the T20 World Cup 2024 winner bowl at 153.26 kmph. Though plagued by back ailments, he remains a dangerous bowler.  

Navdeep Singh – 152.85 km/h

Recently retired India pacer could routinely hit high speeds. However, injuries plagued his career, limiting his ability. His lifetime top speed is 152.5 kmph.
